What is included in the participation fee?

A working space at this event will include the participation of up to 2 representatives, table, 4 chairs, electric socket, space to erect a popup banner, standard entry in the guide, stationery, coffee breaks, lunch, reception, information on an institution on ISFA website, a complimentary profile for each institution for one year at www.universityfairs.com under “ Institutions’ Directory”, and all other promotional activities.

Where should I send my materials and what is the deadline?

 
 Delivery  Dates All shipments must arrive no later than 2 days before the event date. You can have your materials delivered to the fair venues directly. Please check with your preferred logistics company the delivery schedule.

Delivery  Instructions 

Please clearly mark on each box the name of your institution and International Education Fair Africa (ISFA) Spring 2019. If your materials do not arrive by the delivery dates and within the delivery times indicated this might lead to delays in getting the materials to your stand in time for the start of the event.

For each delivery to receive notification of when your materials have arrived it is your responsibility to  send an email to Irina Tchirkova:

Your materials should be available at your stand ready for set up. In the event that you cannot locate your materials please contact Irina by e-mail or phone. If your materials fail to arrive at the address shown above we recommend you contact your freight courier for advice.

In accordance with Terms of Contract, exhibitors shall bear the responsibility and expenses for the transport of exhibits to the Exhibition Venue. Studycentral/ISFA is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. For shipping information, please contact your preferred local shipping vendor. It is advised that you bring a small number of materials on your person as a contingency.

NOTE: When sending your materials, please ensure that clearing and delivery charges are prepaid or billed to the sender and NOT THE RECEIVER. If this is not arranged, the fair organiser will not clear your materials.

What is the arrival procedure?

On arrival at the fair venue, please make your way to the registration desk. Here you will be able to collect a fair guide, name badges (if not available at the information desk, you should be able to find them at your working space), ask for assistance in locating your working space and/or any other general questions you might have.

 General Terms

  • It is preferred that you do not load and unload during the exhibition. Exceptions should be discussed at the information desk at the fair.
  • Distribution of illustrative material is allowed only on the single exhibition area. No manifests can be exposed outside the area. Any other kind of advertisement is forbidden outside the exhibition area, including also the passage promotion near the same area unless otherwise advised.
  • As the exhibitor you will be responsible for maintaining a clean working space during the fair.
  • It is preferred that you do not clear away your working space before the official closing time. Exceptions should be discussed at the information desk at the fair.
  • We take no responsibility for the services provided by any 3rd party service providers mentioned.
